Our lovely and talented Events Director (Katrina and that is sarcasm) who just got fired in May made sure to leave us one last big parting gift! The site is quadrupled booked.

So between the church, VFW, bluegrass festive on Sunday, wedding and 25 plus tent campers the site is going to be crowded, not to worry I have been working with the new events director Janet, Shannon and Jessica to come up with a new game plan.

PLEASE TENT CAMP, it is cheaper than cabins and let's you enjoy the great outdoors. It will be a gorgeous weekend for it as well!! Please only camp in the following areas:

-Behind plot in the ropes course area
-Behind cabins 6 and 7
-In between cabins 5 and 4 (stage area)
-Anywhere around the Tavern

We are only offering gaming in the Tavern area, behind it, parking lots, plot cabin to cabin 4 area, ropes course. Cabin 3 while available will not have any direct plot attention and be used for overflow only, as the wedding party is in Cabins 1 & 2 and I have no intention of ruining anyone's wedding!

We will NOT be using the upper camping area as the 25 plus tent campers are being moved up there. Parking will be up top ONLY! We are roping off a area for NERO only. So fill that bark park parking up! and stack yourselves in there deep to allow us to pack em in!

It will be a smallish event 40 or so not counting staff, so we should not have any issues. Any questions please talk with either me, Jessica, or Shannon as they are all up to speed on what is happening.

Thanks,
William

So...if we have about 10' square of space to work with, how are we doing this without the tenters or the wedding calling the police on us? Anxious

Jim, you're forgetting the 3rd dimension. We're going to erect hundreds of tiers of scaffolding in the 10 square feet, and pretend they are one contigious plane... be prepared for lots of holds, and map consultations

Police know we are there and Beaver Ranch is backing us since we are being the most cooperative with the situation. They are warning campers that we play 24 hours and will be somewhat nosier at odd hours. They are prepared for complaints but will not worry about them since Katrina screwed us...again.

Is anyone else amused by the fact we're talking about conversion immediately after Syefer mentions his runins with a church group?

Ha Syefer that's awesome. On a side note due to the same reasons that I could not go to the May event I might not be able to make it up there for this event as well. It all depends on my ex and her lawyer getting some things signed.

I've out quoted the religious-right protesters at gay pride, so I'm willing to lend my services
